SUPPORT, RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

WARRANTY

All BOLDR watches comes with a 2 year warranty on the internal movements of the watch. If such movement prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, we will repair your watch and deliver to you free of charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

You may return any unworn, undamaged BOLDR watch purchased online from boldrwatches.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price by mail. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly shipped items. If returned by mail, you will need to pay for return shipping, but we will reimburse the full normal shipping fees for any exchanged item. All customers will pay a $15 restocking fee per item for return items.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories, extra links, and anything else that came with the item.

Straps and reduced priced items ( reduced retail price, special promotion, sales etc ) are considered ‘Final Sale’. Final Sale items are non-fundable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law, or the merchandise is damaged or defective upon delivery.
